General Questions
Everything you need to know about traveling to Istanbul for your procedure.
Is it safe to have surgery in Turkey?
Absolutely. Turkey is the world's #1 destination for medical tourism, with over 1.2 million international patients annually. Our partner hospitals hold JCI accreditation (the gold standard in healthcare), and our surgeons are board-certified with 10+ years of experience. We provide 24/7 patient care throughout your stay.
What's included in the all-inclusive package?
Our packages include: the procedure itself, pre-operative blood tests and consultations, 4-5 star hotel accommodation, VIP airport transfers, all hospital fees, medications, a personal patient coordinator, and aftercare follow-ups. The only things you pay for separately are your flights and personal expenses.
How do I pay? Do you offer payment plans?
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Klarna (buy-now-pay-later available in 23 countries). We also offer 3-month and 4-month installment plans for procedures from €2,000 to €6,000. A €500 deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before the procedure.
Do I need a visa to travel to Turkey?
Many nationalities can obtain an e-Visa online in minutes (evisa.gov.tr). EU citizens, UK, US, and Canadian passport holders can get a visa on arrival or e-Visa. We recommend checking the Turkish e-Visa website for your specific nationality. Our team can also assist with visa invitation letters if needed.
How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
It depends on the procedure. Hair transplants: 3-4 days. Dental treatments: 3-7 days. Rhinoplasty: 7-10 days. BBL/Tummy Tuck: 7-10 days. Breast augmentation: 5-7 days. Gastric sleeve: 5-7 days. We'll give you a detailed timeline during your free consultation.
What language do your staff speak?
Our patient coordinators speak English, Italian, Turkish, Polish, German, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. You'll be assigned a coordinator who speaks your language and will accompany you throughout your entire journey — from arrival to departure.
What happens if I have complications after returning home?
We provide lifetime aftercare support. You'll have a direct WhatsApp line to your coordinator and surgeon. If any issue arises, we arrange remote consultations or, in rare cases, cover the cost of revision procedures. We also partner with clinics in major European cities for local follow-ups.
Can I combine multiple procedures in one trip?
Yes, many patients combine procedures to save time and money. Popular combinations include rhinoplasty + dental, hair transplant + dental, or BBL + breast augmentation. During your consultation, our surgeon will advise which combinations are safe and can be done together.
